Customer Care: sits high on our priority list. we hand build every rod and do our utmost to deliver one of the best light tackle rods available.  they are proven "giant killers" and we commit to our high quality build each and every time.  

 

AFTER SALES SERVICE

No matter where our Grails end up, we will be available to chat if ever something goes astray.  any moving part on any fishing rod can fail over time.  We are happy to assist in repair work or talk you through replacements if required and can do this from a distance.

We do have a lifetime warranty on our workmanship,

ADDED SUPPORT:

We have always said that if an Angler accidently breaks a Grail, we will replace it at a heavily discounted price. we stand firm on that, if an angler is willing to put their trust in our rods, we will return the trust. 

CONDITION:  all we ask is you send us the broken rod at your cost, we will then send you a new rod at up to a 40% discount
